Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and payments are handled for Recentriq subscriptions. By subscribing to the Recentriq platform (“the Service”), operated by Recentriq LLC (“Recentriq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms described below.

2. No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a billing period has been paid for, we do not issue refunds for that period, whether in part or in full, regardless of how much of the Service you actually use.

This applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles (monthly or annual), and to any add-ons or upgrades purchased during an active subscription.

3. Free Trial

Recentriq offers a free trial period. You may cancel at any time during your trial at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether you're on a trial or an active paid plan. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

When you cancel a paid subscription, you keep full access to the Service for the remainder of the billing period you've already paid for. Your access ends at the close of that billing period, and your subscription will not renew or be charged again afterward.

5. Example

If you're on a monthly plan and cancel partway through a billing period you've already paid for, you continue to have access to the Service until the end of that billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the period, and no further charges will occur after it ends.

6. Exceptions

Where applicable law requires a refund in specific circumstances, we will comply with that law. Outside of such legal requirements, this policy applies without exception.
