There's an app for everything.
That's exactly the problem.
You're not short on tools. You're drowning in them. And every switch between them costs you more than you think.
You have a CRM. Your projects live somewhere else.
A client says yes. The work starts. But nobody told the project tool — or the person doing the work — what was actually agreed.
Your finance tool doesn't know when a project closes.
Work gets done. The invoice doesn't go out for days — because raising it means switching apps, finding the client, remembering the amount.
Your team tracks tasks. You track them tracking tasks.
Stand-ups, status pings, check-in emails. Half your management time is just trying to see what's actually happening across disconnected tools.
Context gets lost every time you switch tabs.
You open the CRM, find what you need, switch to the project tool, forget the detail, go back. Multiply that by 20 times a day, across your whole team.
You pay for six tools. You use 40% of each.
Every tool was the right decision at the time. Now you're maintaining six subscriptions, six logins, and six learning curves — for work one tool should handle.
New hires need a week just to learn which app does what.
Onboarding shouldn't be a tour of your tool stack. Every new person you bring in pays the same tax — time spent on software instead of actual work.
Tools the average small business juggles daily — each with its own login, interface, and data silo.
Lost every day per person to switching between tools, searching for context, and duplicating work across systems.
Sound familiar?
A lead went cold because the follow-up reminder lived in a tool nobody checked that week.
An invoice went out two weeks late because raising it meant jumping between three apps to find the right numbers.
A project ran over budget because finance and the project lead were working from different versions of the same numbers.
You spent your Sunday piecing together a status update that should have been one dashboard view.
A new hire's first week was mostly learning which tool does what — not doing actual work.
This isn't a tooling problem.
It's a connection problem. And it has one fix.
Your business data belongs to you.
We treat it that way.
Four things we can show you, rather than four things we can assert. Everything below is either visible in the product or checkable by asking us.
A database schema per company
Your records live in their own Postgres schema — not in a shared table filtered by a tenant ID. Isolation by structure, not by a WHERE clause somebody has to remember.
Encrypted connections
Every connection between you and Recentriq runs over TLS, and passwords are stored hashed — never in a form anyone here can read.
GDPR data rights
Access, export, correction and deletion, honoured on request. You stay in control of every piece of data you store here.
Roles, permissions and an audit trail
Who can see what is set per role, and every change to a record is written to a log you can read — including ours.
We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. Those are audits, not postures, and we would rather link you the report when we have one than put the logo up now. If your procurement process needs a security questionnaire filled in, ask us — we answer them.
Monitored continuously
A heartbeat check runs against the app around the clock, so we hear about an outage before you do.
Daily backups
Taken automatically, every day, so a bad afternoon stays recoverable.
Export anytime
Your data leaves with you in full, whenever you want it.
Why businesses choose
Recentriq over ERPs
Mastery & Simplicity
Recentriq eliminates ERP bloat by giving you exactly what you need. Our intuitive interface ensures your team is operational in minutes, not months—eliminating the need for extensive training.
Coherent Intelligence
When your CRM, Projects, and Finance are natively integrated, you gain deep operational insights that fragmented, siloed systems simply cannot provide.
Smart Scheduling
Native meeting management with automated availability windows. Eliminate the back-and-forth and keep your team's calendar perfectly balanced and synchronized.
We could keep describing it.
Here are two people who use it.
“Within weeks of switching to Recentriq, we had collapsed all our previous tools into a single workspace.”
The accounting module implements full double-entry bookkeeping with journal posting, period close, fiscal year management, and bank reconciliation that actually matches statements line by line.

Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes — a card is required to start your 15-day trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade to Yearly at any time. If you go annual, we'll credit any unused Standard time.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll remind you before it does. If you don't continue, your data stays safe for 30 days so you can export everything.
The things you were
about to go and google.
How do I get my existing data in?
By CSV. Clients import directly, and every custom record type gets an import wizard that maps your columns to ours and shows you exactly how many rows will land — and how many will be skipped, and why — before it writes anything. If you are bringing something awkward, email [email protected] before you start and we will look at the file with you.
What happens if we grow? Can I add people later?
Add or remove seats whenever you like from Settings → Billing & Plan; billing follows the seat count. There is no higher tier to graduate into and no feature held back for one — the $5 seat is the whole product, whether you are three people or forty.
What if it doesn't fit the way we work?
Most of it bends. You can turn modules off so your team never sees them, rename fields, add your own fields and record types, and build your own approval routes. What you cannot do is change double-entry accounting, and you would not want to.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
A person, at [email protected]. We are small enough that the reply comes from someone who can actually fix it rather than from a queue. Yearly plans go to the front of that queue and include a setup call.
Whose data is it? What if I want to leave?
Yours. Reports across accounting, purchasing and inventory export to CSV whenever you want them, without asking us. If you cancel, your workspace stays intact for 30 days so you can take everything out, and you can ask us to delete it permanently at any point — see the data deletion policy for exactly what that does.
The tab you always had open
is the one you're about to close.
Every day your tools stay disconnected, something slips. A follow-up. An invoice. A project your finance team never heard about. One workspace fixes all of it — today, not next quarter.
