Bitrix24 is the competitor whose ambition most resembles ours: one place for the CRM, the tasks, the calls and the conversations. It is also older, larger and priced on a completely different axis — a flat monthly fee per organisation with a user cap, rather than a price per seat. That single difference decides most comparisons, in one direction or the other, before anyone looks at a feature.

Read this before you quote the number above. Because plans are per organisation, the per-person cost swings enormously with how full your plan is. Standard at $99 for 50 users is $1.98 a head if you have 50 people and $19.80 if you have five. Work out your own number before comparing.

The differences that actually decide it
Do the per-head arithmetic before anything else.
A five-person team on Bitrix24 Basic pays $49 a month — $9.80 a head — against $25 for five Recentriq seats. A fifty-person team on Standard pays $99 against $250. Bitrix24 wins on price at scale and we win on small teams, and neither of those is a feature argument. If your headcount sits just above a plan's cap, the jump is a cliff rather than a step.
There is no general ledger.
Bitrix24 will raise an invoice and track a payment. It does not have a chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation or financial statements. Recentriq does, and it is the same database the invoice was raised in.
Breadth has a cost in the interface.
Bitrix24 does a great many things and the interface reflects it — this is the most common complaint about the product, and it is not an unfair one. Whether that matters is a question about your team, not about the software.
Where Bitrix24 is better than us
Every comparison page should have one of these. Here is ours.
- Per-organisation pricing is cheaper than us at scale — a full 50-user Standard plan works out under $2 a head.
- A far more developed contact centre, with live chat widgets, social channels and telephony that have been shipping for years.
- Collaboration depth we do not have: intranet, feeds, workgroups, document management, workflow designer.
- On-premise and self-hosted editions are available.
- A very large user base and a long track record.
Which one to buy
Choose Bitrix24 if
You have 30+ people, you want the intranet and collaboration side, and per-organisation pricing works in your favour. Or you need to self-host.
Choose Recentriq if
You are a small team where per-seat is cheaper, or you need real accounting rather than invoicing that looks like accounting.
