The differences that actually decide it
The overlap is one module.
ClickUp overlaps Recentriq's projects and tasks and nothing else. It has no CRM pipeline, no invoices, no ledger, no stock, no purchase orders and no customer inbox. If those are your problem, this is not really a comparison.
Configurability cuts both ways.
ClickUp is more configurable than we are and that is a genuine advantage — and it is also the most common complaint, because someone has to make the decisions and keep them consistent. Recentriq ships fewer choices on purpose.
Where they beat us, they beat us clearly.
For pure work management ClickUp is the better product. Recentriq's projects module is competent, not exceptional. The argument for us is what sits underneath it, not what sits beside it.
