Recentriq vs NetSuite
NetSuite is what you graduate to. The question is whether you are there yet.
NetSuite is a genuinely enterprise-grade ERP: multi-subsidiary consolidation, revenue recognition, audit trails that survive a real audit. It is also priced and sold like one. If you are running several legal entities in several currencies and your auditor has opinions, this comparison is not close and NetSuite wins it. If you are forty people trying to stop re-typing a client's name into a third system, you are being sold a category above your problem.

Read this before you quote the number above. We are not quoting NetSuite prices, because Oracle does not publish any and every third-party figure you will find is somebody's recollection of somebody's quote. The structural fact — base licence plus users plus modules, on an annual term — is what matters and is not in dispute. Ask a partner for your number.

The differences that actually decide it
The pricing model is the difference, not the price.
NetSuite is a base platform licence, plus a licence per full user, plus each module, on an annual commitment, quoted. That is a structure built for a buyer with a procurement function. Recentriq is $5 per user per month, every module included, and the number on the pricing page is the number on the invoice.
NetSuite is not where your team talks to customers.
There is no WhatsApp queue, no Messenger, no shared agent inbox, no internal chat. Those are separate products in a NetSuite shop. Recentriq puts the conversation and the record in the same place, which is most of why the suite exists.
Time to first useful day.
NetSuite implementations are measured in months and normally involve a partner. Recentriq provisions a tenant schema and you are entering data the same hour. That is a fair trade against depth, and it is a trade — we are not pretending otherwise.
Where NetSuite is better than us
Every comparison page should have one of these. Here is ours.
- Multi-subsidiary, multi-currency consolidation and intercompany elimination that has been audited thousands of times.
- Revenue recognition, ASC 606 and the rest of the compliance surface a company past Series B actually gets asked about.
- Scales to thousands of users and billions in revenue. Recentriq has never been asked to.
- A very deep partner and consultancy ecosystem, and SuiteScript for real customisation.
- Oracle is not going anywhere, which is a legitimate procurement argument.
Which one to buy
Choose NetSuite if
Multiple legal entities, multiple currencies to consolidate, revenue recognition, an audit committee, or a plan to be at that scale within the year. Budget for the implementation as well as the licence.
Choose Recentriq if
One entity, a team you can name, and a problem that is 'these tools do not talk to each other' rather than 'our close takes three weeks'.
See it before you decide.

NetSuite is a trademark of Oracle. Recentriq is not affiliated with them. Prices and capabilities were read from the vendor's own published pages on 5 August 2026 and summarised in good faith; both change often. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
