Recentriq vs Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is an excellent CRM. The rest of your business is a separate purchase.
This is the fairest comparison on this site, because Zoho is genuinely good at what it does and priced honestly for it. The difference is scope. Zoho CRM is a CRM: to get books you buy Zoho Books, for stock Zoho Inventory, for projects Zoho Projects, for a help desk Zoho Desk, for chat Cliq. Each is competent and each is another subscription, another admin console and another integration to keep working.

Read this before you quote the number above. Zoho's pricing page localises: it shows a different currency and figure depending on where you load it from, and these US dollar list prices could not be read directly from the page at the time of checking. Verify against the page in your own region. Zoho One, which bundles the whole catalogue, is a separate and much better-value purchase if you want several Zoho apps.

The differences that actually decide it
Compare Zoho One, not Zoho CRM, if you want the honest suite comparison.
Zoho CRM alone against Recentriq is not a like-for-like test — we would be comparing a suite to a module. Zoho One is the real comparison, and it is a good product; the difference there is that Zoho One is 45 applications that integrate, and Recentriq is one application. Whether that matters depends on how much of your day is spent moving between tabs.
There is no ledger behind the pipeline.
Zoho CRM can raise a quote and an invoice in the higher tiers, but the double-entry accounting, the chart of accounts, the bank reconciliation and the financial reports are Zoho Books. In Recentriq an invoice posts to the ledger because they are the same database.
Feature gating by tier.
Zoho's four paid tiers are how a mature product serves a market from two people to two thousand, and it means the feature you need may be two tiers up. Recentriq has one tier. Everything the product does, every tenant has, which is only a virtue because we are the smaller product.
Where Zoho CRM is better than us
Every comparison page should have one of these. Here is ours.
- A deeper CRM than ours: territory management, advanced forecasting, CPQ, blueprints, and customisation that goes a long way past renaming a field.
- Zia, an AI layer included in the price rather than requiring you to bring your own API key.
- Mobile apps that are genuinely good, and offline capability we do not have.
- A very large integration marketplace and twenty years of ecosystem.
- Zoho One: 45+ applications for roughly the price of one enterprise CRM seat, if you are willing to run several products.
Which one to buy
Choose Zoho CRM if
The CRM is the hard part of your problem and you want the best one at this price. Or you want Zoho One and are happy running a suite of applications rather than a single one.
Choose Recentriq if
You want the pipeline, the invoice, the ledger and the stock in one place, and you would rather have a smaller CRM inside a whole business system than a bigger CRM beside four other subscriptions.
See it before you decide.
The whole product is clickable on the home page — not a screenshot gallery. $5 per user, per month, every module, cancel whenever.
