Clients
The Clients module is the CRM core — it stores every clientʼs profile, contact information, billing details, and complete activity history including calls, meetings, emails, and transactions.
Overview
The Clients module serves as the central customer directory. Every client record holds primary billing addresses, email contacts, and links to all related orders, invoices, projects, and communications.
Clients can be created manually, automatically from won leads, or imported in bulk.
Getting Started
Navigate to Business → Clients in the sidebar. Youʼll see a searchable, filterable list of all active clients.
Creating a Client
- Click Add Client
- Enter company name, primary contact, email, phone

Core Concepts
Client Profile
Each client has: company name, primary contact person, email, phone, billing address, shipping address, tax ID, and active status. The profile also shows linked orders, invoices, and projects.
Activity Log
Every interaction with a client is automatically logged: calls made, meetings held, emails sent, invoices generated, orders created. This gives a complete timeline of the client relationship.
Campaign History
Track which email campaigns each client has received and their engagement (opens, clicks).
Features
Client Directory
Searchable table with columns for company, contact, email, phone, and status. Filter by active/inactive. Click any client to view their full profile.
Edit Client Details
Update company info, contacts, addresses, and tax information. Changes are reflected immediately on all linked documents.
Email Campaigns
Send one-off or bulk emails to clients directly from the client directory. Track delivery and engagement.
Data Export
Export client lists to CSV or Excel for reporting or external use.
Workflows
Lead-to-Client Conversion
This happens automatically when a lead is marked Won. The system creates a client record from the leadʼs company, contact, and email. If a client with the same email already exists, the lead is linked to the existing client instead.
Billing Integration
Client billing addresses are used when generating invoices. Make sure the billing address is complete before sending invoices.
Best Practices
- Keep client contact information up to date — it feeds into invoices and communications
- Use the activity log to review client engagement before meetings
- Set clients as inactive rather than deleting them if they stop doing business with you
- Add tax IDs at client creation time to avoid issues during invoicing
